As a result of our work on the Caithness Road project, de Rosee & Sa were appointed in 2008 to design and manage the renovation of this semi-detached villa in Brook Green. Works on site started in April 2009 and are due to be finished at the end of January 2010. The project is a balance between remodeling the house interiors to suit contemporary family living, whilst respecting the original features and layout of the period property. We successfully negotiated planning consent to include a new garden extension, creating an additional 375 square feet to the property.
